Senator Bunde, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                                           
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5(RES) Opposing imposition of                                            
a milk tax on Alaskans. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his                                   
objection. There being no further objection, the bill was referred to the                           
Rules Committee.
